Independently Invented Wusia Games
After the development of games from revised wusia novels,
wusia, the popular subject, gained strong resonance. Companies, who hold no copyright to
revise novels, also created their own wusia world.
Many of those games continued the characteristics of
imitation, took advantage of the old structure, and then were packed with Chinese forms
particularly concerning wusia and supernatural tales. So these games can be divided into
two types. The first imitates the vagabond life in wusia novels, and according to the
traditional episodes of wusia novels, the nine Schools of the martial arts circle and the
devious Mojiao gang are cited frequently. The second type puts emphasis upon 'Gods and
Devils.' |
