[2nd Round of Call for Papers/Abstracts]

The 3rd International Conference of Internet Chinese Education (ICICE 2003) has been postponed from June to Oct, 24-26, 2003, due to concerns over SARS in Taipei. The organizing Committee decided to include more papers presented in the conference. Thus, there will be the 2nd round of Call for Papers.

The new deadlines are as the following:

Proposal submission: August 15, 2003
Acceptance Notification: August 30, 2003
Full Paper/Final Manuscript Due: September 25, 2003

In the first round of Call for Paper, the Academic Committee has accepted 70 papers/workshops for presentations. All of the presentations accepted in the first round remain accepted automatically. The Academic Committee recognized the importance of maintaining equal standard for the second round.
The arrangements of hotel reservations and the post-conference tours will remain the same.
