It's native to Taiwan. It's a deciduous, wide-spread tree which grows up to 50 feet tall. Its leaves are double-compound. Its leaflets have toothed margins and are pointed which flowers are lilac-colored. Its fruits are round berries, having from long stalks; the fruit is brownish. It has medical properties.
