in Wutai is held in Wutai Elementary School. It features a series of activities including swinging contests, throwing competition, ritual ceremonies, sing and dancing. During the ceremony of the divination by baking millet biscuits to predict the future of the tribe, which is an important part of the festival, the men from every tribe perform warrior dancing in turn. In the afternoon, the ceremonies of blessing for soul and men's praying are presented. Women play at the swing when the ceremony of men's praying is in progress because women are prohibited from this ritual. The ritual of sprinkling Holy Water, which is an expression of thanks for the blessing of God, marks the end of all the ceremonies and the beginning of a new year. The Rukai believe that the sprinkling of Holy Water can bring them the blessing of God, wisdom, health, and a peaceful life.
